Despite the departure of Shemar James to the NFL Draft, the Florida Gators return a young nucleus of talented inside linebackers including Jaden Robinson, Myles Graham, Aaron Chiles, and Grayson Howard. Florida also welcomed freshman Ty Jackson this spring.

Florida’s linebackers stood out during the Gators’ first scrimmage of spring camp on Tuesday evening. Junior Grayson Howard did not participate as he continues to work his way back from injury.

2 years ago maybe our biggest weakness, now one of our best units. Just reinforces how much this coaching staff has had to do, and has done, to turn around Mullen’s train wreck of a team

Ain't the truth. I love recruiting players who actually have the physical attributes suitable for a well-rounded LB room. No more too tall, too light tweeners trying to play middle LB or the painfully slow of foot playing the pass. What a concept. I approve.
