Here is the ticket. Thank you for posting this. This is the problem with libbies. Someone could be offended. This is so sad.
Sounds like what I was taught in the early 70s in North Carolina. It was mainly the poor whites fighting for the slave owners right to own slaves. Amazing thing was if you owned enough slave you didn’t have to fight.
I forgot libbies weren’t writing the history books. Oh and they’re still not trying to modify history. Ha Oh and democrats don’t at all own education…haha. You libbies are hilarious.
Not offended… Reminded again how insane democrats are for trying their hardest to rewrite history to secure 13% of the voters.
Who is taking action to put the statues of people who fought for slavery back in the public eye? Seems like maybe that person is working diligently to keep hard feelings alive. Shouldn't Donald Trump have more productive things to do with his life than fret over history from over a century ago? Doesn't Trump have enough things to do without this?
Actually, I think many of the more well-known statues were put up by the United Daughters of the Confederacy, which was a group formed in 1894 in Nashville. They were as racist as you might think they were, venerating the KKK and preserving their "artifacts". Many of the monuments were put up in the 1910's, as soldiers from the Civil War started dying off. After over 100 years, the organization started accepting non-white members, so it may not be as racist as it once was. United Daughters of the Confederacy - Wikipedia
I noticed that the usual mass swarm of libbies never materialized here… They didn’t show because they know you are correct. It’s beautiful.
You keep saying the same thing over and over but don’t seem to be able to answer any questions or venture beyond that mantra.
