Are they expecting Cronin to leave? I could where that job might have been intriguing to Golden back when there was a PAC 12. Not sure it's as good of a job now that over half your games are practically transcontinental.
Her recording of the song Crazy was released a year before Willie released his version of it. Of course Willie wrote it but demoed it for Patsy Cline to record. She did not want to record it and said she could not sing it as well as Willie could. She was talked into recording it and the rest is History.
Both versions are awesome. And my point was that the song writing was awesome and the cover was a bigger hit. What is cool about the song is that when sung from a male voice it is a bit different from being sung by a female voice. They both work extremely well.
Buzz to Maryland seems odd to me since people said Maryland didn't support the program. Aggies on the other hand have plenty of $$. Maybe not everyone likes Texas. Rumor mill says Aggies going after ole Miss coach, Beard.
Buzz is just a weird dude. He’s a Texas guy, so that’s not it. But he’s kind of a one trick pony as a coach. Doesn’t recruit well, has no real offensive system of note, slower paced game, not a lot of upside for his programs. Great defensive coach who basically relies on offensive rebounds and drawing fouls on straight line drives to put up any points. He’s probably the kind of guy who has to move every few years, especially in a league that is only getting more competitive.
