It's been really good unrelenting defensive efforts that have taken us out of our offense. TT had that, Maryland didn't. And with the amount of contact the refs are allowing I want to avoid those teams.

Definitely routing for Auburn. Izzo is 10-0 against the SEC in the tourney.

MSU is not playing like an Izzo coached team right now. They are falling apart.

We've been penciled in to the early game once again regardless who wins this game.

Broome hurt on an awkward landing. If he's unavailable I'll take my chances against that Auburn team.

We have a severe thunderstorm coming through and the news interrupted the game. People are apparently calling in and he keeps saying to stop calling because he knows the game is on, and he can’t do anything to go off the air:emoji_joy:

Could be juiced on adrenaline. Ankle/elbow could tighten up when he cools down.

That was my favorite game of the year until the Texas Tech game. The Auburn game was probably the most complete game we played all year. The Tennesse & Alabama wins were close. Can we duplicate that type of effort and efficiency? We haven't played a complete game yet in the NCAA tourney and yet are good enough to be in the Final 4. Put it all together and we can win it all.

Michigan State looked just pedestrian today. Couldn’t finish numerous times inside. Couldn’t hit a 3 at all until the game was basically over. Give Auburn credit, but the Spartans didn’t look like they showed up.

It was always Auburn. I dont trust Bruce Pearl as a tournament coach. Too many choke jobs and underperfomances at the worst time (One doesn't even have to go back 1 year to find the latest example). Can't say the same about Izzo. Dude has proven it on the highest stage.

We are certainly familiar with our next opponent now. Of course Auburn is familiar with us too — but this might be the best opponent for us to finally put an entire game together. We had no prior experience with Norfolk or UConn or Maryland, or Texas Tech, and we basically sputtered and were mistake-prone in each of those games. Our familiarity with Auburn should hopefully ground this team of ours and result in that “complete game” we’ve all been waiting to see.

I post it because I believe it. All 4 no. 1 seeds are there. If you’re Duke, do you want to play Auburn, who all season has gotten the press and on paper has the most talent? I believe that if you interviewed the Duke players, they’d prefer Florida. Just a guess, but there’s my logic.

The coaching staff is looking carefully at Duke too. This week is the time to scout. There's only one day off between FF and the 'chip.
