    So the government criteria for determining if a person is in Tren de Argua and can, thus, be sent to a foreign prison without due process has been outlined by ICE, apparently. All I know is that we need to keep ICE agents away from our basketball team, as we apparently have been wearing a gang symbol/one of the most iconic brand images ever on our gear for years now.

    It's working out perfectly. (For Trump.)

    - He violates the Constitution, sending a few thousand immigrants to foreign prisons.

    - He generates a lot of headlines, which deceives people into thinking he's even remotely fixing the problem.

    - People will argue about his obvious unconstitutional criminality, further solidifying the support of his cult.


    Just more divisive Trump failure that his cult will consider (but obviously isn't) .......

    The lack of morality you have to have in order to justify locking innocent people up might be something to reflect on.

    LOL There were far more innocent Jan 6ers locked up than innocent (ILLEGALS). Innocent illegals, is that even possible?

    Many of the immigrants deported were here waiting their asylum hearing. Meaning they had broken zero laws.

    Others had no felony criminal record. Not in Venezuela nor here in the US. Being undocumented is only a misdemeanor.

    WRONG.
    Being awarded an asylum hearing does not automatically mean someone did not break the law by entering the country illegally; it simply means they have a right to a hearing to determine if they qualify for asylum based on a credible fear of persecution.

    Nope. You are aware that he is on tape violating the law, correct? Which is why he had a trial scheduled to begin in February.

    Seems like a bit more evidence than a Jordan symbol or a crown or star or train tattoo.

    Well, Fischer isn’t currently going through anything. His February trial didn’t happen because Trump pardoned him despite Fischer recording himself breaking the law.

    Entering the country undocumented, surrendering to ICE, and requesting asylum is a LEGAL way to enter the country. Someone awaiting an asylum hearing has not broken a single immigration law. If there are no other pending charges against the immigrant, then the asylum seeker has broken no laws.

    There were several stories like this of an asylum seekers with no criminal record from Venezuela being deported to El Salvador without due process. This is clearly unconstitutional. And all because a person from Venezuela with tattoos is now considered an enemy of the state according to the Trump admin.
