This popped up last week and I just started watching it. It’s over 2 hours long but it follows his HS recruiting starting from the 10th grade. A great peek into DJ’s life and his support group back in Willis, TX. I didn’t see it posted already. EDIT: some really good coverage of our recruiting of DJ in the middle of the video.

I watched like 90% of that. Had to fast forward through some practice stuff. What a diamond we got. I know NIL played a part, but you gotta tip your hat to Napier. We all know he probably got offered the same amount, if not more, at places like Clemson and A&M. And all the other big time programs that went after him. He could have gone anywhere but he specifically chose Florida because of Napier. We are very lucky to have such a great representative. I CANNOT WAIT to see him take that next step next season.
I wonder if it's all Napier or not. Yes, they clearly have a connection and mutual respect. But just maybe another Gator QB from Texas might have been in the back of his mind as well, thinking it worked out pretty well for Kyle. I know there's no connection other than that they both are from Texas and they're both humble. The recruitment of each player couldn't have been more different.
