I've been married 36 years and I don't have a problem when my wife goes out with her friends.
She doesn't have a problem with me going out with friends without her either. It's fine as long as you trust each other.
This is my own expérience, your expérience may end up different than mine.

You won't find out if your wife was OK with it until you come back. That's how it works. It can't hurt to squeeze in enough time to bring her back something to show you were thinking of her while you were out there.

 

Another option is to buy the cheapest ticket you can a couple of hours before the game to get in the venue, then try to snag a second cheap ticket in the Gator section after the game starts. But it may be easier for you to find a solo.

 

Go Gators! Look forward to a report on your flight home. You sleep because you’re emotionally exhausted? The party continues? You stream the Duke vs Alabama game?

Have fun, @twodaparty! These are the moments we remember so my advice is always to live for that and set up our lives where you can do more of these things. I was lucky enough to have family and friends when our kids were young to be able to do some of these things with the wife.
