You can't convince me this isn't a bad sign. We are right back to only having 1 pitcher and the batting doesn't deliver with any pressure. Something isn't right and our schedule doesn't leave room to just work it out. This loss goes in the bad column, no top 5 team should have this kind of game against a team like this. An average freshman pitcher with hardly any experience is shutting this team down.

I had a theory a few years back that the smaller the ball the better Gator teams were. Football and basketball not good. Softball, baseball, golf, and tennis good to very good. And the no ball sports like track, swimming and gymnastics excellent. Then basketball got better, baseball worse, and softball TBD. Need to rethink things.

 

I agree. Hitting has not been good, and not the effort you wanna see before heading to a winless SEC auburn team. If we do not sweep them, it will be disappointing. If we lose tonight, I am sure Auburn will smell blood in the water.
