    They haven't hit a triple against us since the game in Jacksonville two years ago, and we still won the game. They've gotta be going into this game thinking, "how can we possibly beat FLORIDA?"

    We should win this one going away, but we may let them keep it close just to get some extra work in.

    Got my score sheet, my "Go Gators "sign and my Ezra Brooks for after the game. Ready to sit among a split crowd and hope the Gators turn this train wreck around.
    Have no idea who is pitching but think hitting is more important.
    If you can reach it, swing.
    Question: If a batter lays of a bad pitcher, fans say "Good eye!"
    If the batter swings at a bad pitch is it "Bad eye"?

    D1 Baseball rankings came out yesterday. Gators were #13 last week, completely dropped out this week. Top 5 is: Tennessee, Arkansas, Georgia, Florida State, Oregon State.

    No surprise there. We're 1-7 vs Quad 1 teams. Sixteen of our 18 wins have come against Quad 3 and 4 teams, (12-0 against Quad 4 teams). Some serious work to do in the coming weeks to turn this around.

    Gators website now shows its on the ACCNX. You never know with these games in Jax so I'll believe it when I see it.

    Biemiller pitched last weekend - Sunday I think. Of course there was more than 1 pitcher in that game I've never heard of.

    Someday an opposing pitcher will have the last name Monroe.

    I can't believe you would say that you never heard of Earl Monroe.

    Funny story. My older brother was in Thailand during Nam and when they showed NBA Knicks games they called Earl Monroe "The Black Pearl" in Thai. LOL.
