Seriously Richard was literally laying flat on the ground and the Uconn player dribbled over him. How the F was that a foul on Richard.

Over the back was the worst ever and to call a foul on UF.

The margaritas were awesome. I make them with fresh lime juice, just enough simple syrup (that is the art in the cocktail), Cointreau and Espolon Blanco 100% agave tequila. Perfection in a glass.

 

Haugh got just enough of a hand on the ball to knock it loose, Martin was Johnny on the Spot picking it up and immediately taking it to the rack. That play, the Martin punch to Haugh and the Richard steal and layup (with a great pass by Condo) were the plays of the game

 

We made just enough winning plays.

 

Thinking back that UConn had two desperation 3s go in at the end of the half and at the end of the game...could have been an 8 pt win

Frankly I don’t know the rule on the fall and trip but it felt unfair. Lol

Also I don’t like the putting tenths of a second on the clock. Also I was under the impression that the clock starts when the ball is thrown in but doesn’t until the ball is touched by any player or the ground. I always thought clock started the second it’s thrown in. To er’ is human.

 

I watched Marshall clang his FTs from the Atlanta Crown Room then had to get on my flight. Never saw the OT but got the score as soon as I landed. Exciting days!

 

Same here. I was all "this is BS! We are tasked with defeating the reigning champ in our 2nd round game?!!! We deserved the overall 1 seed!!! Yet we won, I calmed down.

Yes sir- you are right on both counts.
I posted out of frustration because I wanted to get the game over so bad and put the W in the books.
But yes should have been a no call at worst. The refs were not our friends to say the least.

Not weird at all.
That's the NCAA giving CBS its money's worth. They planned it this way. (PUtting UConn in the 2nd game and giving them a very winnable 1st game.)

They also put Pitino and Calipari in the same bracket on purpose. They didn't know they would play each other, but they knew the potential was there.

 

And now Golden gets to go back to San Fran. Another real interesting case of symmetry.

Just saw on espn this am reporting on Hurley bad mouthing the officiating on the way to the locker room..and is was Pooh poohed by several analysts as oh well, he is just an emotional guy. He cried at the press conference. He cried before the press conference. He cried going through the McDonalds drive through after the game.
