Had a conversation with a guy at the sports bar Sunday, he is a big UGA fan but not the obnoxious kind. We had met before a few times and get along well. He is picking UF in the Tournament btw and likes to watch them play. I also found out he collects (invest) in some sports memorabilia including two D.J Lagway jerseys (both were his HS team) and sold one recently . He paid $250 and sold it for $500. According to him, DJ is the #1 jersey but I have no way to verify that info. Interesting conversation over a beer or two. For a UGA fan he is a big fan of Lagway as we also talked about his recent donations. Just a FWIW.

Here we go folks. When the NCAA loses in court to this group challenging eligibility limits, we'll have unlimited eligibility as long a player is enrolled and the team wants him. Just another step along the way to a 100% pro league:

"The Jones and Smith cases are the latest in a line of eligibility lawsuits the NCAA is facing. A notable one is ongoing in New Jersey as Rutgers player Jett Elad filed suit challenging the five-year rule, claiming he was offered $500,000 to play for the Scarlet Knights this year and the NCAA’s inconsistent approach to waivers is keeping him from earning those NIL dollars."
