I’m pretty sure it’s Aiden King.

 

UTooth players mimic their hc and act like douches. They are proud of being called douche bags.
Won one NC and their fans act like UTk is the best thing in college baseball since slice bread.

 

Sully sez:

• Meeting with hitters and Asked hitters to get pitch count up and they did
• Bats outstanding
• Peterson really good until 5th
• MacNeely really good
• Not keeping ball in front of catcher cost us a run
• Bad slide cost us runs
• they had to use their main guys out of the bullpen

 

Got to start scoring those guys when they get on base. We left a lot against FSU also but we were able to score enough to win. Pitching was really good with them only getting 7 hits. Their offense is very good. Hate to lose in a toe to toe game like this.

No lefty pitchers hurting or will hurt. Janssen going to have to be great And be utilized at least two times every weekend as one time maybe situational and the other time hopefully for at least an inning or two. Simply very, very hard to go really far in college baseball at least in these days without some left-handed pitching

Tennessee a good club with big time coaching staff.

We had plenty of opportunities. Nadeau and his at bats are impressive the way he battles. Too many others last night did not come through.

We have plenty of depth in every area or most areas except for as I mentioned left-handed pitching.

 

Everybody sees the same things. Lead off walks, wild pitches, fat pitches in pitcher’s counts, failed execution of bunt attempts, base running mistakes, misplayed fly ball in the outfield—ALL costs us runs in one form or another.

Against the Tennessee’s on our schedule it just has to be more consistent and cleaner than that. We are very capable of playing ball at this level. It’s a very real matter of consistency.
