One of my favorite things in SECT is a team that surprises. One that needs wins to get to the big dance. One that goes on a tear and shocks a top seed. As long as it isn't against us.
That Texas-Vandy game is gonna be brutal for the loser. Gotta spend 4 days thinking if you're gonna make it. Well I guess Texas doesn't because they're out right now and are definitely out with a first round exit. But Vandy is far from sure territory either. Last year was ideal for the SEC in that none of the bubble teams were slated to play each other till at least the semifinals. This year will be cannibalization most likely of at least 1 bubble team in the first round because of match-ups.
USC and Arky in a one point game. Arky has like 6 players and Murray-Boyles is playing in a wheelchair.
Arky up 2 and the ball with 42 seconds left. Interesting that Bilas is doing SEC games instead of the ACC tourney
Arky choked much of the second half to let USCe back in it. Then USCe choked the last 2 mins. Fun game to watch though.
I predict he will excel in the pros. Any team would love to have a player like him on their team.....
While of course he could opt-out, right now South Carolina is slated to make the NIT in the last 4 seeds Bracketology 2025 - NCAA Tournament / NIT Projections
Yep. He's an excellent player, and when I watch opponents interact with him between plays, I can tell that he's well-liked.
Lunardi keeps saying UNC is in the first four out. He must not understand how badly CBS wants UNC in the tournament. And frankly, their RPI is deserving of a spot.
