Apparently while Musk has been trying to crash the US economy in a bid to help reset worker rights and wages to the lower possible standard, someone or something took out his primary communication platform. The website Down Detector reported a huge spike in reported outages around 6 AM eastern time (US) for Twitter/X. The outage appears to be world wide.
Sadly, I have had no issues. Off topic: I will say I have noticed that the people I follow on twitter are having right wing responses promoted to the top of their responses like I havent seen before. Aaron Rupar is a good example. If its being crashed it probably deserves it.
someone forgot to tell the last guy out to leave the lights on? this is what happens when you cut back. sadly a gubmnt crashing isn't an inconvenience or a cost item, it kills people
now he is going to integrate his AI platform into the US gubmnt so he will have forever income no conflict of interest to see here..move along getting the us gubmnt databases and proprietary data to feed into it and use the federla workers to beta test it and then deploy it across all of us gubmnt systems.. can you say skynet?? Elon Musk’s DOGE is reportedly automating government tasks with an AI chatbot as it continues to slash the federal workforce DOGE has rolled out a custom AI-powered chatbot, GSAi, to around 1,500 government workers as it continues to slash the federal workforce, Wired reported. The wider release follows a small pilot held in February, in which around 150 GSA workers were granted access to the bot. While the bot has been in the works for months, DOGE has greatly accelerated its deployment, sources told Wired. The AI tool has reportedly been fine-tuned in a way that makes it safe for government use. At the moment, it is supposed to be used for "general" tasks, but eventually DOGE hopes to use it to analyze contracts and procurement data, according to a previous report. An internal memo about the product, reviewed by Wired, suggests employees use it for drafting emails, creating talking points, summarizing text, and writing code. It also warns employees not to "type or paste federal nonpublic information (such as work products, emails, photos, videos, audio, and conversations that are meant to be pre-decisional or internal to GSA) as well as personally identifiable information as inputs.”
LinkedIn co-founder has known Elon Musk for years. Here’s what he says Americans don’t understand about the Tesla CEO. - MarketWatch A billionaire venture capitalist who has known Elon Musk for decades says there’s one crucial thing that Americans should understand about how the adviser to President Donald Trump operates. Musk doesn’t value the opinions of other people, LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman, who worked with Musk in the early days of PayPal in 2000, said in a recent interview with “The Rest is Money” podcast. The chief executive’s approach to cutting government waste mirrors how he would operate one of his own companies, said Hoffman, who added that while some inefficiency exists within government, “it’s actually the nature of the beast and you’re better off for it,” because it provides stability. “If a company goes boom and blows up and suddenly, you know, is just a smoking crater, it’s a tragedy … but it’s easily recoverable. If a government blows up, that’s a terror for all of society,” Hoffman said.
Another "dear diary" thread? C'mon man. Musk is bad for saving billions of dollars from being wasted by the Dems.
And yet, he cannot provide any actual PROOF of anything he has said, while at the same time he has stolen everyone's personal financial informaiton and almost certainly has sold some/all to nefarious actors.
Maybe it's just me but I'm bit concerned that Trump has given access to some of most sensitive federal systems such as the Treasury Payment system, the Social Security database and the Medicare and Medicaid database to a guy who is unable to secure his own social media platform.
