Could we see the reversal of many of his Executive Orders, pardons, laws and other official acts. Interesting when he doesn’t even remember signing executive orders.

To enter a contract, you have to have the legal capacity to do so. I have questioned whether he had the mental capacity to sign any official documents.

If anyone knows Biden’s career as a senator, he would have never signed the Executive Orders when he was a Senator. They went against many of his positions he took as a Senator.

This could be unprecedented, and not shocking as anyone with a brain could see his mental decline.

Biden's 'autopen signature' appears on most official docs, raising concerns over who controlled the WH: report

That's a good thing for them to review. He was not fully functional mentally in those later months.

We can always hope the fraudulent actions are proven.

It would be a shame if all those pardons were legally voided. Don't see it happening though

Is this finding by the same people that told us that the election was stolen?

I'm not even sure they need that angle to nullify his latter EOs. He was already legally deemed incompetent to stand trial by his own doctors... that alone should be enough to nullify his actions afterward, like his EOs and other actions he made.

Speaker of The House, Mike Johnson has a first-hand account of Biden's lack of mental acuity and cognititive decline when he explained, during a one on one conversation with Biden, how Biden did know (he forgot, or just never knew the details of the EO he had signed) that he had cancelled our exportation of all LNG to foreign countries thinking he had signed some exploratory research project. That is a credible first-hand account into Biden's cognitive decline... that was one huge, major issue.

Non of Biden's EO should be valid.

Pretty sure auto pen is legal. And, man, what kind of mess would we have if republicans tried to claim none of it was valid

Yeah. Overruling previous presidents on a technicality is not something an admin should do. But if that's the way MAGA wants to go get ready for all hell to break loose.

That is question begging. We don’t know if Biden signed those documents or not. If he was not the one responsible for signing them, then that would be a coup, a successful overthrow of Constitutional government.

    FYI:
It has long been known that the president of the United States uses multiple autopen systems to sign many official documents (e.g., military, diplomatic, and judicial commissions; some Acts of Congress, executive directives, letters and other correspondence), due to the volume of such documents requiring their signature per the U.S. Constitution. Some say Harry Truman was the first president to use the autopen as a way of responding to mail and signing checks.[12] Others credit Gerald Ford as the first president to openly acknowledge his use of the autopen,[13] but Lyndon Johnson allowed photographs of his autopen to be taken while he was in office, and in 1968 the National Enquirer ran them along with the front-page headline "The Robot That Sits In For The President."[14]

Like I said. I want to see MAGA pursue this route and let all hell break loose. Let's go chase the auto pen rabbit hole as far back as it goes.

Is there a process for reversing pardons, and would the statute of limitations be tolled? I doubt Trump wants this.

Autopen has been used since 1803. There is over 200 years of documented history of all of our politicians using Autopen.

I am ashamed of what we have become…

Autopen is less of a concern than an incompetent person making decisions....or having them made by an unauthorized person.
