Kennedy is very good. Does a good job of moving the ball in and out and just off the plate with velocity. Umps zone makes it hard to lay off some of those marginal pitches.
Maybe that’s the secret recipe for this staff. Hit them with the Oxley riseball to start and just when they start to adjust, bring in Hammock with the nasty drop.
I'm impressed with the pitching this weekend. I really didn't give us much of a chance for more than 1 win and we are battling for the series.
