If not, son will be 22, he will deal with it. free to cancel or change so hoping flights two days earlier open up but took what I could get. not many sver awards in biz on those flights and too rich for me to buy those seats and still have money to maximize the experiences there. wanted to black marlin fish but best time of eyar and boats book multiple night trips to stay on bank for evening bites. $4k per day, 3 night minimum. killer trip, snorkle, spear dive, food fish in the mornings, eat lunch, marlin fish for the granders till dark thirty, wake up do it again, bucket list type 3 or 4 days for me, sadly my bucket isn't that deep...dving the great barrier reef will have to suffice. At 60, got to do the things my body will allow me to do before it is too late to do so. Diving the reef, hiking NZ...black marlin was going to be the trifecta..first world problems. We did Oz before so going to Perth then back to Cairns for diving and then to NZ focus on South Island. 22 days total. still trying to decide if overnight in Sydney before moving on to Perth. Last time we arrived fresh after LAX to SYD biz flight
