Harvard is currently 0-6. They started Feb 21 at a tournament in NC vs. Fordham, Northwestern & Indiana. Last weekend they played 3 games vs. MI State in SC. They have played no mid-week games. I'm glad we stopped the bleeding yesterday. Let's close this week out strong Gators with more run support! lol Go Gators!
Agree 100% @gatortenor37 — a lot of good things happened at the ballpark yesterday. Momentum and consistency, you just can’t get enough.
I hate it when baseball and softball are televised at the same time or even have overlap. Have to watch 1 game on the big scree TV , the other on my PC monitor. This weekend, softball gets the priority due to the critical nature of the series @ Texas A&M.
We're one triple shy of having half as many as they do. They're probably making jokes about us on their baseball board. Go GATORS! ,WESGATORS
I would still give Clemente a shot on Sunday. With control he's devastating. Came up pretty big for us in the post season last year.
Havard's strikeout rate is .341; their BA is .210. They have 62% more strikeouts than hits. In fairness, one of the four teams they've faced has a winning record. Go GATORS! ,WESGATORS
Harvard is bad. Really bad. They currently sit #288 of 307 in RPI and went 13-26 last year in a weak conference. They might well be weakest series opponent in 10+ years. (That said, RPI #287 is Portland University, who has pitched a perfect game this year... there are no guaranteed wins.) Warren Nolan predicts the following effects on the Gators' RPI from tonight's game: Win: -178 points (i.e.; RPI drops by 0.0178) Loss: -412 points
Good call, 74! There is at least one other institution out there that has not hit a triple yet. Go GATORS! ,WESGATORS

I have a theory that he’s going to start against FSU. Not a full workload but maybe 3 innings or one time through the order kinda thing.
Not a fan of Yost leading off, he has the worst OBP on the team (yes, worse than Evans and Wilson). He deserves to be in the everyday lineup though.
