Because of the season-record bonus-point, this thing is going to the last game. And maybe further. If we lose to OM, @firegator will win by 2 points over the closest competitors. Game over. If we beat OM, then we'll have a three way tie with @tommyvee and @Gatorhead joining fire and this will head to a SECT playoff round. I love that @danmanne65 and his ridiculous perfect record pick could come in just one point shy of winning this!
Ridiculous? It’s the best I have ever done in any pools anywhere. lol. Usually I get screwed by picking all gators. Not bad that it almost payed off this time.
I still can't figure out how my points are less with the same exact result of 14-4 if they win Saturday. LOL It's a joke. I know I missed 6 times.
the winners are the Gators fans. A LOT of us were talking about 9-9, 10-8, 11-7 given how incredibly difficult the SEC was expected to be to start the season. Then when we ran the table in the OOC schedule there were still a LOT of posters that didn't think we could go 13-5 or 14-4, especially once we found out the SEC was the best it had been in 20+ years (or ever). The fact that we're guaranteed 13 wins and an SEC double bye, is pretty incredible.
Wouldn't want it anyother way. We have an end of season, three-way tie between @firegator, @tommyvee , and @Gatorhead ! Cograts to all three of you. We'll have a mini-Extravaganza for the SECT! I think it would be best to do the tournament on a game-by-game basis once we know the opponent(s), but for that to happen, I need to know if the three of you will be logged in to GC enough to be making your picks on the daily. That means making a pick between Thursday night and Friday evening. Then maybe another between Friday evening and Saturday afternoon. And lastly / possibly between Saturday afternoon and Sunday afternoon. Fire / TommyV / Head: Please let me know if you're good with that. No worries if someone isn't we can do a "blind" Extravaganza as well.
