I came here to mention the same thing. I didn’t see her either.

 

The dream that gave us nightmares as a player.

 

I'll never forget her slumping at first and crying when we walked off against A&M in the Super. She was an elite player and still is in the pros. An elite broadcaster too.

 

Bigger than you expected? How small did you think she was? To me she looks like the smallest player on the team. I would guess she's 5'6" 120 lbs. Maybe I'm way off.

 

Just got home and I see ESPN+ hasn't posted the replay yet. I am going to be pissed if they didn't get it. But some of you saw it live, yeah? So it should be.

 

I guess I'll watch the basketball game replay now, and hope ESPN+ posts the softball game soon.

 

I looked at her in the box tonight from the center field camera and I thought, "she's much bigger than I thought". We were listing Taylor at 5'9" which was absurd but I see we have now changed it to 6'0". At least someone mentioned that we showed Taylor at 5'9"... I never looked. We list Gabi at 5'5" and I'll not believe it unless I'm standing next to her. I'll pay more attention when I can see her standing next to other players. Just another example of missing things due to our pitiful broadcasting schedule. She absolutely looked much taller than that to me tonight. I did expect her to be fairly small from the little I previously saw of her but that wasn't the impression I got tonight.

 

Happy for Hammock. Still too many free passes, but she worked through it. Hopefully a confidence builder. If Keagan turns into an on again off again kinda thing this year or Red is limited. she may still have a valuable role to play.
Speaking of which, Hammock pitching tonight tells me KR will indeed sit this weekend and he’s resting the 2/3 we need to use, but we will see.

 

Kara pitched well except for the 5 free passes. Shumaker with 6 RBI!! Kendra, Kenleigh and Mia just keep having multi hit games. Dominant win over a pretty good team. I am excited about the Texas A&M series. #3 vs. #5. Great way to start the SEC season.

 

She was effectively wild at UNCW, but those free passes catch up to you in sec play. 3k’s and 3 walks could keep her era down and stack up some w’s there. She’s going to get punished in sec giving up that many free passes. She has some nasty, nasty stuff. If she can ever figure out how to keep it in the zone, she’ll be awfully special.

I don't understand why the Houston game replay was not posted on ESPN+. I saw it was listed on their "upcoming games" menu before I had to leave. Did anybody actually view it tonight? It sounds like there may have been technical difficulties, but for the most part it was televised, right?

 

Looks like some teams/leagues don’t have deals for on demand. I didn’t know that. Thought any games initially available in the app were always available on demand shortly after unless there was a glitch. Maybe what I thought was a glitch was actually a feature. It doesn’t look like any of uh’s softball games are available. If they are, I can’t find them.
