New Congressman passes

Its a shame, at 70 years old he was injecting some much needed youth and vigor into the party

 

What is the average age of our representatives? My guess is it’s close to 75.

 

Its probably not that high, but its probably much older than almost any other job you can think of

 

All they do is sit on their ass and bloviate. Age isn’t the issue it’s senility and dumbassidness.

 

Is that a word? If so, Ima steel it.

It’s late 50s. It’s just the leadership that is ancient.

 

What we need is voters who are smart enough not to make these lifetime positions.

Not a valid argument against term limits. Using your logic, we could eliminate all law if people were simply 'smart enough'.

His passing has no impact on upcoming votes. If two Republicans vote no on any upcoming bill then it still dies
