Had a friend of mine text me today about something interesting with respect to DOGE. He works for the Dept of Interior and had an all hands today, the director said some Dept of Interior federal buildings will be sold to contractors and leased to house federal employees. Talk about corruption on an epic scale. Still trying to see if there are any details on who the companies are. I will post if and when I find out.

So we are selling the property of the American people to private contractors so we can rent it back from them? I'm sure the reason for this is someone figured out they show a one time cash influx on the balance sheets and make Trump look good, while the long-term effect will be a massive loss. If that happens, the next president should cancel those leases and purchase new buildings ... Or use eminent domain to take them back. Renting rarely makes sense over owning, and I have not no doubt those private contractors are going to price gouge us to oblivion.
