You usually expect some guys to be off but everyone is off. When that happens, you have to D up to stay in the game until you can get on track. We just gave up defensively once we got a 14 point lead.

I felt like even when up 14 we weren’t playing with much energy. This has to start on the defensive end. No excuse to lose to this team.

Yep. We were playing great defense until we got up 14, then started lollygagging.

 

We'll find out how bad this team wants to win this game in the first 5 minutes of the second half. I wonder if Condon could go? Golden probaby wouldn't do it anyway to make these guys face some adversity.

those foul calls certainly do come at opportune times for opposing teams...just when we get big leads, boom here come the fouls

 

The last 7-8 minutes of the half was the worst basketball we've played all year - on both ends of the cort. Reuben and Alijah have taken 8 shots each. Way too many, IMO, especially from Chin. Richard has been absent. Haugh has only taken 1 shot, a 2. Their bench has outscored ours 21-7. We only have 5 assist and they only have 1 turnover. Defense got very slack and it' affevted our offense, which it always does. Move the ball, get it in our sacorer's hands and let them go to work. And the bigs need to stay inside, play defense and rebound!!!

 

Can only hope LSU cools off from 3.
