no tv coverage stinks. It’ll most likely be rescheduled with that crap coming from the Gulf of America but there’s not an acceptable reason for not showing Gator softball. Jmho

Defies explanation that a school with so many fewer resources than UF manages to get all their sports televised.
Simply a matter of priorities, not resources for sure. UF is putting softball at or near the bottom of the priority list. As an example, Oklahoma has had all but their opening game in San Diego on TV, and all of their home games either on SoonerSports.com, ESPN+ or SEC+. Georgia has had every single one of their games televised, games at a UCF tournament on ESPN+, homes games on SEC+. Tennessee is showing all of their home nonconference games on SEC+. I could go on and on to show that other SEC teams are televising more games for their softball team that Florida is and virtually all of their home games are being shown. Aggravating.
It’s just a reality that has to be acknowledged: the UF athletic Dept and or the UAA just have a different set of priorities than so many other programs .
Guess it doesn't matter the softball program is currently about the most successful sport that UF has. Also, I guess if these other top softball programs televise more games than the Gators, it can be used as a recruiting tool against us. Mom and dad can't make all the games and they want to see their daughters play.
Are you sure the game has been rescheduled for tonight? Neither Florida's nor North Florida's schedules show the game happening tonight.
If I’m not mistaken, most of the home games that are not televised are Facebook Live streamed by a family member that’s in attendance. For many years it was Julie Thomas that private streamed the games that weren’t televised. I did notice someone streaming one of the games this past weekend.
