30 pounds heavier, he says? Well, let them be tough pounds, then. The immovable kind. That would be a boost.

 

He has been working out and you could see muscles through his chest and arms are bigger. Add that he has now starting filling out to becoming a man. Turn him loose!

 

I'll be at the game tomorrow (thanks to my lovely wife getting me tickets for Valentines Day). I was pretty down about Condon not playing given the way USC's front court abused our front court last time we played them. But having Micah back is a huge lift. We're going to blow the roof off the O'Dome when he checks in the first time.

 

4 stints of 3-4 minutes would be perfect. Should be able to handle that no problem.

As a Gator fan “Stand up and Holler”. He is doing this for the right reason, get all the fans to stand up around you and let Micah hear you! Wish I could be there to bear witness! Be sure that I will be watching and screaming wherever I am watching this coming out to help this Gator team.

The Florida basketball team just got huge news.

 

We will be really fortunate if we can get 65 minutes combined out of Chin and Thomas. Chin has been normally playing 20-22 minutes but got a seasons best 30 against MSU and both he and Haugh will need to stay out of foul trouble. I suspect we may see Richard playing a few minutes at the four depending on the availability of Martin.

 

Really excited about seeing Micah step onto the court tonight. I expect the rust will show on offense but he brings rebounding and rim protection we sorely need with two bigs unavailable.
People forget what Micah did for us last season. He wasn't a stat-stuffer at first glance, but if you take a closer look, he led the SEC in rebounds per minute, and it wasn't even close. Now we get to see a bigger, stronger Micah in the paint.

My fault. I usually follow and post links for a lot of posters who sometimes forget. Thanks for bringing it up since we need to do that to avoid potential copyright complaints.

 

South Carolina is short, Have Micah start the game with us getting a jump start, at first foul, out of bounds send big Rueben to soften them up! LOL

Agree that expectations for Handlogten shouldn’t be terribly high today. Adjusting to game speed is not easy, especially when everyone else has been playing at it for months. Richard will definitely play some 4 behind Haugh, so we mostly need Handlogten to give us minutes at 5 to spell Chinyelu. I expect Golden to rotate those two pretty liberally so neither gets too winded. If Handlogten can just contribute 12-15 minutes with 5-6 boards, I will be thrilled.

 

This is what we refer to as pushing all your chips to the middle of the table.

This is an all in move. This is a Final Four team and Micah knows it.
