Pritzker was being tongue-in-cheek unlike the Dear Leader who was actually serious about changing the several hundred year old name of the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America and if carried out his proposed renaming could be rather costly, two examples coming immediately to mind would be requiring the US Geological Survey to issue new maps with Trump's preferred name for the body of water and requiring the Coast Guard to issue new charts reflecting the same.
