Trump is faster and smarter than the libbies…this we already knew. But Trump also kicking China ass.
So much is happening so quickly in Washington these days that Donald Trump’s war on the green climate agenda has passed almost unnoticed. Steps like pulling out of the Paris Agreement, dropping electric-vehicle mandates, ending offshore leasing for wind projects, and fast-tracking fossil-fuel infrastructure would have dominated the news in quieter times.

It's so refreshing to have a competent President who wants America to be strong and secure. I know the libs cry a lot but they have to be in awe of his mastery of the job.

While there are dozens of threads about stupid shit Trump does and says directly you righties continue to obfuscate with right wing opinion articles from this guy and opinion polls of conservatives.

    Your desperation is palpable.

State assets masquerading as media make it almost impossible for Westerners to entertain an honest perspective on China …

Not sure how that outsmarts China. China is rapidly becoming less dependent on oil, as there economy shifts to solar and electric vehicles made by BYD. The US is behind in that area and AI, which is a major NS threat.

They weren't expecting us to return to a 19th century energy and governance model, that's how

He'll be the most pro-China POTUS ever. Literally going to give them a lifeline.

If BYD isn't able to break out of China, they're BYE BYE. That said, I'm sure our traitor POTUS will find a way to let them flood our country with them and give them the lifeline they so desperately want and need.

I feel like the things mentioned in the article we did already last time he was president. Biden certainly didn't hinder fossil fuel production either, especially since all people could talk about was gas prices. Again its like all these bozos forget the guy was already president once lol.

BYD has already been made available to most of the world. The only thing that holds it back here is tariffs and they are fighting it in Europe and building plants in Mexico.

The US is crap, reminds me of the late 70s early 80s when US automakers were making garbage and started losing to Japanese car companies. Tesla is way overpriced for what it is, basically a box with seats, a battery and a few motors, nothing special...

He'll be soft compared to Biden. Wouldn't surprise me in the least if he pulled the Chips Act and other tech restrictions at the behest of Elon "John Galt" Musk.

And the simps will cheer like the pathetic little clueless simps they are.

I don't care because I won't buy any of them. You - like this dumbass administration (but not Musk) - are missing the geopolitical angle, which is what (should be) driving this. What happens if the CCP floods our market with government subsidized electric cars at 1/2 the price of a normal car?

Leverage happens. Massive leverage and a potential 3rd column right in our midst. Look at TicTok and all the crying over that meaningless crap. Imagine if we got hooked on cheap cars like teenagers and women got hooked on TicTok? Whether by tariff or outright ban, they cannot be allowed to hit our shores.

Trump is outsmarting China? China has been able to expand its influence especially in the Third World over the last two decades through foreign aid not by military action by the PLA. The virtual elimination of USAID by Trump and Co-President Musk is probably the best gift that the US can give to Xi Jinping.

When the communists are better at "free trade" than the most ostentatiously capitalist country on Earth, you kind of have a problem lol
