why do we back off her at all, she has not shown she can drive at all tonight....we lost because we cant guard the 3...just horrible ending

I knew when Mathuru left it was going to be an issue
Salgues is not good on defense and Warren is just no consistent as a shoot...Reynolds is developing..she is a slasher that has a nice pull up game. But she is a work in progress from the 3..Oneal is not strong enough yet to impact a game too much. I thought she should have gotten more time tonight. But Bama strength is the wing players and they dominated there.
KRF needs to do a better job at building a roster, it was irreresposible on her and her staff to have this roster together this year. They had to know it was not good enough. People want to say there is enough talent there, no there is not. There is some good talent there, but then there are 4 girls who should not see the court that have to play for us. I will always root for my team, but again 4 of these girls should be on the scout team..not gonna say names. Next years team will be more talented, but unless we get a few wings in from the portal or something we are not going to see improvement

 

thing about that is we kept backing off of her like she was going to drive and she would just throw up that shot. We needed to be in her chest to make her drive. she drove 3 times for shots and didnt make any, and she turned it over 3 times driving..so she did nothing doing that. Our awareness was severely lacking.

 

Great, now we are going to get a super focused and angry South Carolina squad next.....
