Come on whammy - That coach so many seem to dislike -

1) About to complete an "official" signing day class this week with one or two more high ranked players
considering the Gators, solidifying a top 10 class.
2) Lets see - who currently has the longest SEC winning streak in football?

 

Winning with a bye week is good A lot of coaches do this. What separates coaches IMHO is how mutts improvement from year one to year two. The verdict is in on CBN. The schedule is brutal again. I do hope he survives. I am tired of this Conga line of coaches rolling through Gainesville.

 

The issue there is we had no capable back up. Nothing we can do about it. Hopefully that's been addressed but moreso, that DJ stays healthy.

 

Do people forget that Mertz was already injured and Lagway was our backup quarterback. Not many teams have a third string qb that is competent especially with the new NIL and transfer rules. It is hard enough to have two quarterbacks on your roster that can win SEC games.
