think of the talking to White's team got at halftime after we scored 51 points in the 1st half. We then went on to hang 38 point on them in the 2nd half. We scored 9 more points on them than any team they've played this year. They pride themselves on defense, but we took it to them today.

 

I told a friend of mine at the game today that Mike White going to Georgia improved both programs.

 

A real Svengali when you get right down to it. He ought to be, he's plenty old enough.

 

There are so many proofs coming from so many quarters on this very site that the initial supposition is now a virtual certainty.

 

I have never said this about anybody, but mike white looks fabulous in Georgia colors....

 

I was a less vocal idiot too. If it turns out Todd Golden must move on because of the Title IX stuff, I wouldn't be satisfied now until we found someone else like him. I'm an old school Gator that thought we were unrealistically wanting more of the glory days that Donovan brought. I don't think that anymore.

 

We have to be careful about upsetting the chemistry of this team. If he does come back, it should be in a reserve capacity and for limited minutes.

 

I truly like Mike White.

definitely, at least at the start. The good thing is he's already played with Condo, Haugh, Aberdeen, Richard and Clayton Jr plus knows the system.

 

I was at the game yesterday. Loved seeing the zone press and it caused a little confusion on Georgia's side. But then there was a guy WIDE OPEN under the hoop trying to get the attention of the guards. He didn't, but CTG called off the press after that play.

 

The lady sitting next to me called him "Eminem."

 

Ya know, that comment made me think of Chandler Parsons. He had great skills and athleticism but lacked a killer instinct much of the time. He would kind of go into a shell for long stretches. Then I would notice that if he got hammered by a defender, he would get absolutely pissed and dominate the game for the next 7 or 8 minutes. I would start hoping he would get hard-fouled more often.

But to my credit, I did drop my 14 year old after his game yesterday, in front of his teammates with my still pretty decent crossover. I then proceeded in clanking it off the back iron.

They all gave him a lot of crap though.
