The above quote brought to you by Dan Hurley last night. Had the pleasure of watching the Gators beat ASU in Atlanta this year. Bobby Hurley was insufferable - constant theatrics with the officials. It honestly was distracting, hard to NOT watch him do it even with the ball in play. I knew his brother Dan was bad too, but to be caught on mic saying that... holy crap, these guys are something else. Hope it haunts him later. Hurley after berating ref: Show other coaches
I was at the Atlanta game too, and not knowing who he even was, told my boys “this coach is a big whiner”.
His supporters will point out that he's right - and that may be the case. It's a bad look though. He's had several outbursts, this year, that have looked really bad on him. I'm not a fan.
"don't turn your back on me, I'm the best coach in the @#$^! sport." I find the lack of humility, disturbing! =========================== The two-time champion coach also lodged a complaint about how often the TV cameras focus on him. "I just wish they put the camera on the other coach more," he said. "... I just wish they would show these other coaches losing their minds at the officials in other Big East games that I'm coaching where ... I'm not talking to officials; I see the other coaches as demonstrative as I am. "But the camera, obviously ... I've created this for myself. I'm not the victim."
I hope whoever beats their a-- in the tournament overdoes the celebration and makes him throw a huge temper tantrum. lol
So what does this say about Steve A? I used to hate him since he used to try and beat un on Tebow until he relented.
