Under the Constitution the AG doesn't even have to be a lawyer. The only position requiring a legal background is Solicitor General the attorney who represents the US government in cases before the Supreme Court. Even Supreme Court justices themselves do have to be lawyers.

i thought it was wrong i also thought that hillary was running a crapton of state dept email thru her private server which had been compromised and she should have been prosecuted for destruction of evidence this is much worse. that was self-serving defensive. this is oppressive offensive
