Yes, it was Crush. That kind of actually goes to my point. The only thing that matters is the bottom line considering all the incoming player sources. Last year wasn't a bad year after everything was said and done. Still work going on now as well though, so, I wouldn't close the books on this year just yet either.
It's also comparing apples to oranges when you try to compare to years before the portal, since the few transfers that took place at that time weren't ranked with the HS recruits. Looking at HS recruits only, @eastowest is correct, it's one of the best rankings since Muschamp's way back when.
I bet we have a few big additions coming up. Big as in filling positions of need with experienced players who are good fits. As for ratings, rankings, stars....as you say last year wasn't bad. But in the big picture of building a roster and a winning team both last year and this year are superb considering all the noise and other adversity. We are right on the edge of finishing the rebuild of starters AND depth and should be in reload mode in 26.

If he hangs out long enough, he will get his chance to shine if he's that good. If he runs from my running back room, he's probably not good enough to make it in the NFL anyway. Kids can leave if they aren't on the too deep and getting plays And probably get paid a little bit better though. We've seen that already.
