I can't think of a time that has ever happened. One year we had a game that went into multiple OTs..maybe two players fouled out then?

This was a trap game that could have went the other way

 

Lots of things working against us and yet we still won comfortably.

An hour before the game, it started snowing here in Colorado. A lovely, peaceful snow, the nice kind of snow that just mellows you out. I made a cup of coffee and settled into the game.

To my surprise, the Gatorboyz and I had the same mindset for this game. The game was very chill as was the crowd at BWA.

I was so chill for this game, that my heartrate never went over 78 as reported by my Apple watch or AppleWatch or Apple Watch or whatever they try to brand it these days...

So, the game was chill, I was chill and the fans at Bud Walton Arena were also chill. Never for a second did I feel like we'd lose this one.

Everything was chill, including the peaceful snowfall out here in Colorado...

 

Let's hear it for good solid minutes from Alexis. Much needed.

They outscored us on FTs by 11 and lost by 8. A thing of beauty

 

As bad as Clayton played, that 3pt out of the timeout after they cut it to 3 was clutch as hell

 

Hope we don't get this ref crew again any time soon

 

I gotta say, although his final numbers (8 points, 7 boards) don't jump out at you, Tommy Haugh has to get consideration for MVG. He came in when we were struggling in the first half and clawed us back into the game and the lead.

Along with Haugh, he led the team with 4 offensive rebounds (7 total) and hit most of his FT's (2-of-3).
