Agree but I don’t think he’s any better than Lovett, Jones, or Manuel we have enough Jags on the OLine. I really hope we are only paying for proven players out of the portal. Whiff on high school recruits. If that makes sense.
Poor guy. Horrible name and is about to start his 5th college season with a new team. I'll bet he's a hit with all the ladies. Imagine your daughter bringing him home and introducing him as her new boyfriend?
There are some great edge guys in the SEC that those 3 haven't had to deal with, so I can't really comment on the relative abilities, but we do need proven guys to be starters. Getting 4th year guys from lower tier schools has worked for us. There are very few proven, successful, and superior athletic OT out there.
I hope they have a ton of them behind him too, though we won't get to see them next year, whether it's because they or us are not good enough to make SEC.
