I have read a few articles about Williams' frustration with Milroe and if the QB returns to Bama, perhaps Williams goes into the transfer portal.

While we have done well in the receiver portal, Williams and Lagway would be a great fit.

Milroe is a ball hog. I remember running my ass off doing crazy patterns to get open only to look back and see QB running for 5 yards. Frustraing

UF is done at WR unless a really good player such as Williams become available

I don't think he is so much of a ball hog, he just doesn't read defenses all that well and doesn't see the field well when he inevitably needs to scramble. He would probably be a heck of a RB, but that isn't where the NFL money is.

NFL money isn’t at practice squad QB either

Nope, but backup QB is still the best job in the NFL.....as long as the starter doesn't get hurt.

If they are good you are correct. If they are not, then they don’t stay the back up very long and get cut or moved down to practice squad. There are PLENTY of back up QBs that are way better than he is.

Agreed, however, there will usually be a smarter than everyone else GM that starts drooling over all that athletic talent that thinks they'll be able to make a top notch QB out of him and draft him higher than they should. Kind of like they did with AR.

For sure lol. But that might work for one or 2 years, then he’s on the SEC network as a color commentator like all the other failed QBs

While I agree, I don't like reading public articles about a teammate complaining about his team. Keep that shit in the locker room.

He's not a ball hog. He just has no passing skills. He's an athlete who cannot depend on his passing skills.

Would be shocked to see him go as the 3rd QB drafted.

I did see 2 other Bama WRs are in the portal...
I wonder what T-town thinks of Deboer now.

I agree with Candy that we're done at WR. The Gators got what we needed from the portal and I suspect we'll see one or more of Wilson, Montgomery and Brown break out next season.

I think Dobir will be fine. Milroe couldn't play quarterback for satan either.

Hes the kind of receiver that may match well with DJ.
