    I was a department level administrator with some complaints against faculty and students. I was informed of the result after the decision. This is something that they are careful to follow the rules

    I agree. Looks like another situation where a competitor site tried for some attention and it blew-up on them. He now claims his exact words were "twisted" and has taken a vow of silence since his words were "twisted." LOL! :)
