Arguably could be one of the greatest sets assembled at UF- Tre and Dallas, Sturdivant, Mizell, Khaleil, Netshaun, Muizz, VB3, Tank and Abrams…

Gotta figure out ways to get them the ball in space. Really impressed at the talent CBN has assembled, the culture and work ethic and grit, leadership and defense… nobody is asking for 6O a game or SOS to come back but you cannot expect… nor should you try to win every game 24-21. DJ could have us in the playoffs if we can just spread the ball out and give him some windows.
    Super excited for 2025.

Going to be a lot of fun watching them bond and work and see who emerges. With Lagway any one of them can break out.

Once he matures and can call plays and RPO like a beast we'll be scoring a ton.

Tre Wilson at 100% I do believe would have given us an element of dynamism that would have made our offense look much better and keep defenses reeling. I hope he comes back strong.

Agreed. Plus the O-Line will be experienced (with some depth too) and the RBs very dangerous . . . so things can all work together to really start clicking in 2025. But your thread is calling attention to the excellent WR room and I am drooling just thinking about spreading the field with these guys.

It looks very talented yet none are proven to be as good as Reidel, Hilliard, nor Green just yet.

I think we are making big assumptions here. The freshmen are freshmen. Wilson has never had more than 500 yards in a season. Sturdivant has great potential but the production has not been there. Mizell has been a spot player at best so far. How can we compare them to Ike,reidel and quezzie yet…no way.

And perhaps Johntay Cook II as well, according to some outlets

Agree, but we should have at least a decent running game, and with Lagway delivering the ball, I would expect at least one more to step up.

Im not worried about the receivers. Some will step up. Its more on Kagway to take that next step. If Lagway is fire, someone will catch em.

A couple of major recruiting sites are adding crystal balls for him to come to UF, and the reasoning is he had a one-one-one with DJ and was quite impressed! We shall see.

Imo we need a big upgrade at WR coach (never been a big fan of Billy G.) and an OC for this to happen. I see nothing in this group that compares to the great group of WRs recruited and developed in the 9Os for ex. Napier who grew up with the wishbone offense is on record as saying “edge blocking” as the most important trait of WRs. WTHeck? We need more speed and wide open receivers again. Definitely psyched about Dallas coming.
Regardless of my non-humble opinion, I think you put your finger on the most important position group next year if we want to make the playoffs. We are set at OL QB and loaded at RB.
