While I generally don’t support the death penalty, for practical reasons no so much ethical reasons from what little bit I read I didn’t see any compelling reason to stay these executions.

Biden won't come close to that label. History will be far kinder to Biden than Trump.

The headline in the first linked article is incredibly deceptive. The killers weren't freed, their death penalty was commuted to life without parole. The chances are that the two convicted killers will never set foot outside of a federal penal institution. From the article itself.
St. Lucie County Sheriff Keith Pearson voiced outrage upon learning that Ricardo Sanchez Jr. and Daniel Troya, convicted of the cold-blooded killing of the Escobedo family, will now serve life sentences instead of facing execution. "Where is the justice for the Escobedo family?" Pearson asked in a public statement, emphasizing the gravity of their crimes.
As far as the second story is concerned the defendants in question were convicted of nonviolent albeit horrendous crimes and had served almost 10 years in prison and were under home confinement at the time their sentences were commuted.

While I disagree with Biden on this, commuting the death sentence does not equal freeing the killers. The headline you posted is factually incorrect.

Man, Biden soooo easy on these dudes.

Living another few decades getting donkey-pounded.

Dream come true, for some. While not my lane, I support your choices, FWIW.

Biden is doing none of this. Funny how we are treating to a groundswell of "President Musk" but no one, NO ONE, has been asking who is running the country for the last two years?
Biden cannot be tried because the prosecutor essentially says he's not competent.
Biden cannot run for re-election because the entire nation sees he's not in control of his faculties.
But, all you hear is "President Musk" blah, blah, blah "Trump is his beyotch," etc. And, the sheep eat it up.
Why has no media asked who is running the country and who is making decisions? Travesty - our press is as corrupt as those they cover.

Look!!! Squirrel/Trump/Musk!!! Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.

If James Biden gets a pardon, would that change any of your thinking about whether or not Hunter and James have done anything illegal in their business operations?

actually, Fox News is asking the question all the time and tries to ask questions at the daily press conferences but is rarely called on.

Maybe the pardon will be an indication that James Biden did something illegal or maybe its purpose will be to prevent harassment of James through baseless investigations by an administration bent on retribution.

Which way are you leaning on that choice or is it too early to tell?

Too early to tell although it looks like the only questionable act or possibly a series of act of which James Biden was guilty was scamming a Chinese businessman into believing that he could influence Joe Biden not unlike what Hunter did and in the cases of both James and Hunter the scams occurred when Joe Biden was out of office and the Republicans held both Houses of Congress as well the presidency. I would also add that the fact that James Biden used funds from the Chinese to repay a loan to Joe Biden is no indication that Joe Biden was involved in any type of wrongdoing or that he was involved in any type of quid pro quo despite what certain Republicans implied.

20+ shell companies associsted with the Biden family and their business associates.. What were those for? Why were Chinesr nationals with ties to the CCP sending millions of dollars that ended up in Biden family bank accounts?

The recent report on the J6 committee appears to show that Liz Cheney conspired with witnesses to suborn perjury. Do you support Liz getting a pardon too?

I believe there are also some questions about his involvement with Americore Hospitals that ended up going bankrupt.

I don't think he could be held criminally liable unless he was aware of the financial condition of the hospital chain. That being said and although somewhat off-topic apparently responsibility for corporate Medicare fraud really isn't a disqualifying factor in American politics or at least in Florida.

It's frankly disgusting how many folks in Florida have REPEATEDLY given Slim Shady a pass on his reprehensible shady dealings. He's not the first, but he's certainly the most recent to sully the Senate.

The best way to describe the allegations that Liz Cheney suborned perjury can best be summed up in a two word phrase synonymous with the excrement of male bovines. The story was based on the fact the Cassidy Hutchinson became more forthcoming after she ditched the attorney who was provided by interests associated with Donald Trump and retained an attorney who represented her not the once and future president.
Claims that Liz Cheney broke the law are even thinner than you think

The payments if any that James Biden received from the Chinese were similar to the payments that Hunter received. He conned the Chinese into believing that he could influence his brother who out of office at the time (2017-2018).

Robert Barnes said that Liz Cheney essentially conspired with witnesses to suborn perjury (48:00-48:45)
