I was going to put this into the Revenue sharing thread as an add-on to a previous post I made [ SEC & Big Whatever Discussing Potential Revenue Sharing With Players, ] but I thought it deserved its own thread. UF Football Ticket prices are increasing from an average of $69.64 per ticket to $90.48 per ticket for 2025, an increase of 30% for regular fans. I have no idea what student ticket prices are doing, but I imagine a similar increase. I really appreciate the UAA deciding to share its "expense" share with me
Hmm. Booster contribution per seat did not change. My ticket prices went from $480 per seat for 7 games to $505 per seat for 6 games.
I've been reading the same thing going on about several other teams in the SEC. It seems that they are all raising prices of football tickets.
You can thank the House vs NCAA settlement. $20M+ in additional expense to every school starting in 2025.
In past years, when each school got a huge boost in TV and bowl game revenue, ticket prices didn't go down. Now with the playoffs, each school in the major conferences will be getting extra $$$ from those games. Yet the fans are being asked to foot much of the revenue sharing bill. Interesting math.
Not all that bad considering inflation in recent years. Ive always paid alot more tgan tgat for individual game tickets.
I dunno. Gator fans have proved they will fill up the stadium for a mediocre at best product. If I was CFO, I would think the market might bear a few more $$ if a winning product was on the field.
A 30% jump in one year is well beyond normal inflationary pressure considering that ticket prices have steadily risen over the years.
I don't think they will need them..price of season tickets only went up about $25...booster fees are the same I saw people paying a lot more for tickets on Ticketmaster and Stub Hub Most games were sell outs and the team is winning now..lots of optimism now
We had a 20% jump in inflation in a year. Many things have increased 30%. Its 309 to see Tyler Childers. Shits just expensive. Football for 90 is pretty cheap compai yo other forms of entertainment.
From 480 to 505..it was several years prices stayed the same..I would have to look back..they have gone up some 2024 and now again in 2025..
