    Willie Mays, Pete Rose, and now Rickey Henderson. The greatest five tool player, the hit king, and now the stolen base king. Tough year for baseball..... :(

    Wow, just saw this on the news. Didn't realize he was 65, but still young and pneumonia listed as cause of death. . Great and complete ball player.

    Maybe too much home run power for a truly old school lead-off man. But still had a +400 OBP and great base running so really hard to keep him from the lead-off spot.

    I had to look it up if he was in the HOF primarily as a member of the A's or Yankees. He was great for both teams. It was the A's.
