The thing with dental insurance is people get it then think the insurance will pay $1k to $50k for pre existing condintions.
Do you now understand what I mean with all these guys out? Look at the non participation list for the bowl
Because they excite their patients? ITOH, the insurance companies hide behind the idea of "new technology" rather than "quality of life". And that rules the roost until we learn otherwise.
I know this sounds crazy but I have never been more miserable than that 09 season. Every game, every play felt like a root canal. No wonder Urban flaked out. I was miserable and I’m just a fan. Timmy’s concussion, uh I’m getting PTSD, all culminating in the Bama beat down. “Wes Chandler was Percy Harvin before Percy Harvin was born.”
To me the momentum comes from the tangible displays of team culture I can visibly see within this team that has been lacking for a long time from Florida. Things like the majority of the team finishing the fight and taking pride How the sideline and team reacted to Watson a Senior getting his touch and Napiers willingness to do it even after they had showed it and took a timeout Lastly how the entire team celebrated a walk on running back getting in the endzone at the end of the game. We have a QB who is a leader and a very strong team environment in an era where that is extremely rare. Very proud of the Gators and excited about what comes next.
An 8 win season, a four game win streak after that rough start. Great recovery by the coaches and players! Tough schedule next year, but this team will also be dangerous. And hungry!
I think we're about the happiest fan base whose team didn't make the playoff. And when it's all over, we'll be happier than some that did.
We get it, you don't like Napier. Try not to be such a turd in the punchbowl and realize that Napier earned a 4th year by finishing 2024 strong. Don't worry, if he falls on his face in 2025, he'll be gone.
He didn't earn it. He was given a 4th year because of Lagway's injury (supposedly). When in reality, SS was trying to save his own job. At the time SS put out "the letter", our best win was over 1-7 Kentucky. I'm inclined to agree with you he will be gone if it goes badly in 2025. He gets credit for finishing the year with 4 straight wins. There's still a lot we're seeing though that doesn't look right. We'll see what happens. Lagway bought him another year. Hopefully, it pays off.
He did earn it. What and when Stricklin did anything is moot. Regardless of Stricklin's opinion, I think Napier would have been already gone had the Gators lost out this year like they did in 2023.
Agree to disagree. He did not earn it. The Gator standard isn't finishing outside of the Top 25. And this he has done every season he has been here. Was there improvement? Sure. But when the previous season was a disaster, "improvement" starts off with a pretty low bar. In any case, agree to disagree.
And if we see improvement in 2025 we'll be in the Top 25, perhaps better given our schedule. If we don't he'll be gone. That's how it works.
