    One of the biggest thing I've noticed is that the OL is NOT pass blocking. That had better change.

    I contend that the constant pre-snap motion is hindering us more on offense with untimely penalties than it actually helps us.

    Our offense just has no rhythm...we can't seem to string good plays together. A nice play than a bad play or mistake. How about 3 quality plays in a row?
