It would be interesting if Napier was one of the few coaches who could succeed in such an environment. By holding on to a core because of team unity and attracting good transfers who mesh well.
UCF will also be in play for him. His main recruiter at USC is now on staff with Frost. Frost also runs a very very WR friendly offense.
Yes, that is a good point. We need development. How much can we pay for that? It's a tough decision for a coach and now an emotional issue for the players at exit interview time. I suppose this is a time that having a loved and trusted coach can make a difference being successful in retaining players. Some of the players aren't starter material right now but expect that money and may get it at a team that has slightly less talent. It's a business now. Tucking away players for the future is going away.
Glad to see Dan’s turned over a new leaf and working hard to make new relationships. Over/under 3 more former Gators he gets?
That dude has been playing college football for 3 years and has the same amount of catches as I have.
https://247sports.com/player/princewill-umanmielen-46117246/college-292265/ Princewill Umanmielen? I was confused for a moment. You would have thought that Kiffy would have learned his lesson already......
Princely had 10 1/2 sacks this year. When he claimed Florida didn't use him right, he was telling the world that he is a pass rusher only. He still can't hold the edge or play the run.
Did he sack a few people out in the Ben Hill Griffin parking lot? Not sure he got any of those numbers in Gainesville before his tantrum.
