Will he play for UF next year?

 

Well, for Jake this is good news. Gotta love any AA lineman. Unfortunately, Jake was also informed by some members of GATORCOUNTRY that he could not officially accept this award as he was only a three star coming out of Ocala.
This difficult situation was demanded by protocols designed to protect the integrity of the rating system. Very sad. Rules are rules.

What is the criteria again for getting in the ring of honor- is being a two time first team AA a way to get in that ring? That would certainly incentivize me to return if that is the case.

Yes, he will play in Gainesville next year, it's on several sites.

 

Wow! An all American beast leading the way. That's a huge win for the staff, team and fans.

 

Maybe it does take two OL coaches....

 

The coaches didn’t have him on all sec 1st or 2nd team.

 

They also didn't have DJ on the freshman all conference team.

 

New just gets better and better.

 

Sellers had a great year

My first reaction was "are they talking about Century Tower? Is he going to make the first brick fall?"

 

I doubt the guys on the other side of the ball like him.

 

It would be amusing to go back and read the posts that most certainly contained much wailing and gnashing of teeth, and bitter criticism of Napier, after we signed a three star lineman.
