How much? Inquiring minds want to know what these guys are actually getting, it’s so top-secret.

Nearly every player has an agent now. Every team has an army now. They talk, all year. Poaching is just part of portal combat in this new era, unfortunately.

But the bigger problem is the system. It has to be fixed. You can't turn it into a capitalist/financial system with no rules. It's basically a professional sport now.

Professional athletes can't just jump from one team to another any time they want for more money. Billy Donovan discussed this in his podcast with Miller and Haslem--how unworkable and unsustainable NIL is at present.

If it's turned into a professional sport, then it needs to operate like one. Coaches and boosters shouldn't be put in a position where they are shaken down every year by players who want a raise, and can walk out the door if they don't get one. Between coaching buyouts, and this NIL nonsense, I could see Boosters saying hasta la vista baby! Who could blame them?

3*, probably paid 3* NIL money & wants to get paid now that he has developed into a better player. You can't blame him, but at the same time UF coaches developed him & UF fans spurred him on to get better. Now our program takes a hit.
