Glad we were on the same page. Was trying to figure out a Chuck Mangione/MegaLoMart joke ever since I saw his name.
He's now living the poster's dream, millions are pouring over all his dumb reddit opinions over the last decade. Whether its on healthcare or banning fleshlights in Japan to increase birthrates (not making that up lol)
I find it ironic/hypocritical that there is a lot of tweets/retweets regarding mental health like this one.
What a shame and waste of resources on this kid. He could have worked to change the world and wont even be a footnote in the end.
Apparently he's a relative of a Republican state assembly member (and talk show host) named Nino Mangione
I knew it! Violent conservative GOP party strikes again... unless, of course, he was a lone wolf with liberal ideology.
He's a gym bro who read Jonathan Haidt and other airport non-fiction, I believe the centrists are radicalizing
I fear him just being a footnote is not going to be the case. There will be copycats. There are a lot of furious people, on the entire political spectrum, who may also feel they have nothing else to lose and the means to execute it. Remember when Columbine was an isolated incident? That aged well.
I hate quotes like this. Speaking as someone who has a serious mental health issue (bipolar I), it’s not sOcIeTy that makes me like this: it’s goddamn chemistry. I thank every person involved in the invention of the medicine I take and the therapy I do that keeps me as neurotypical as possible.
