1. OL Jake Slaughter: 81.2 2. WR Elijhah Badger: 80.8 3. RB Jadan Baugh: 79.6 4. RB Ja'Kobi Jackson: 78.5 5. QB DJ Lagway: 72.1 6. WR Eugene Wilson: 71.9 7. OL Brandon Crenshaw-Dickson: 71.5 8. RB Montrell Johnson: 71.1 9. WR Chimere Dike: 69.9 10: QB Graham Mertz: 69.1
I think Chimere Dike will make a better pro receiver... than he was in college. He's built for the long-ball NFL type passes.
5 of the 10 are Seniors. 5 of the 10 are underclassman. Which way do we look at this? Glass half full or half empty.
Except the critical OL. Slaughter is a R-Sr. and Crenshaw-Dickson is a R-Jr. Hopefully we have some pieces to fill that puzzle in 2025. Also Ja’kobi is a R-Jr. making 3 of the top 4 upperclassmen. To your point, it is good to see young talent in the top ten, but there are only 3 underclassman on the list.
Looking at the list, how did Umanmielen make first team? He was a non factor in our game. I watched them against LSU and don’t recall hearing his name called during that game either.
Being honest I didn’t watch a single game that didn’t include UF. I can’t say. There was a time when I could rattle off the high school stats of our kids. Those days are long gone. I just saw it and wanted to share.
Numbers were there in sacks but he still gave up the edge several times in our game. I can’t say I missed him.
