Complete cooperation, consenting to a full blown search obviating the necessity for obtaining a search warrant and not obstructing justice all serve to negate a finding of criminal intent.

Patel has proposed eliminating the Intelligence Division of the FBI apparently because that Division was involved in investigating Russian interference in the 2016 election and probably also the elections of 2020 and 2024. Cute. The authorization to use deadly force is boilerplate in all search warrants authorizing the FBI to conduct searches. I would also add that Trump was notified in advance of the search (if you recall pro-Trump demonstrators were outside of Mar-a-Lago when the warrant was executed) and Trump himself wasn't even present at Mar-a-Lago; he was residing at Trump Tower at the time. If the mythical "Deep State operatives" wanted Trump dead they wouldn't have used a search of premises where Trump wasn't even present as a pretext to assassinate the Dear Leader.
I slready said it was my understanding that Biden could declassify documents that he classified. Nobody has said those were the only classier documents Biden took. Biden was getting an $8 million dollar advance on a book he was supposed to write. He turned the classified documents he took (without authorization) over to the book's ghostwriter
