Geesh dude… Violating Georgia's racketeering act: The indictment alleges that Mr Trump, "while associated with an enterprise, unlawfully conspired" through a pattern of fraudulent activity to change the outcome of the election. This falls under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (Rico) Act, which has been used to bring down mafia bosses like John Gotti Solicitation of violation of oath by public officer: Mr Trump is facing three counts on this charge, including one related to a January 2021 phone call between Mr Trump and Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, during which prosecutors allege Mr Trump asked Mr Raffensperger to "unlawfully" alter or adjust the the certified returns for presidential electors Conspiracy to impersonate a public officer: The indictment alleges Mr Trump unlawfully conspired to influence certain individuals to falsely act as elected officials "with intent to mislead" Conspiracy to commit forgery in the first degree: The charge alleges that Mr Trump intended to defraud the public by conspiring to make a false document titled "CERTIFICATE OF THE VOTES OF THE 2020 ELECTORS FROM GEORGIA", a document which would have made Mr Trump appear to be the winning candidate in Georgia False statements and writings and filing false documents: The purpose of the false statements, of which there are several listed, was to persuade Georgia legislators to "reject lawful" votes cast by duly elected officials, the indictment alleges
And yet not a single "libby" anywhere has claimed that Kamala Harris really won the election and that it was stolen from her through massive voter fraud. I'm also willing to wager that the "libbies" will not attempt to violently obstruct the certification of the election results by Congress in January.
Spitballing here, but I bet he can do this for longer than you can. In fact, I'll save you some time; "FAKE NEWS!!!" "Libbies are butthurt!!!!!!" "Trump dindu nuffin'!!!!!!!!!!" There. No longer any reason to attempt rational discourse.
I find it umm, odd and a little troubling that you spend so much time thinking about the butts of others but i support your right to self-determination nonetheless.
Dems message in this thread: "Biden's pardon of Hunter is okay, because Trump did this and that, even though we've been bitching and moaning about Trump doing this and that for years. If someone else does something that pisses me off, it makes it okay for me to do things other people will get pissed off about. In fact, if I don't like something that someone did, I can pretty much do whatever I want."
Robert Barnes and Mike R. Davis (who clerk's for Gorsuch would back up everything in my post. So does Kash Patel Bill Clinton evidently had classified audiotape in his sock drawer. Not a problem per the Presidential Records Act
There was no formal procedure that Trump was required to follow to declassify documents. He took them and they were automatically declassified. Pretty simple.
The rules are complicated and somewhat vague and even if one accepts the argument that the president doesn't have to follow formal procedures although at a minimum the president (while he is in office) has to issue a notification that he is declassifying specific documents. Trump never did so and in any event he no longer had the authority to declassify documents after he left office. Oh I know plenty about the disease, average number of trips to treatment facilities are about 3-5. Wealth doesn’t mean you have a better chance but you sure have way better options.
Trump took the documents when he was in office. They were automatically declassified when they left the White House.
I specifically pointed out I believe Joe has done wrong. Can you admit your boy has? I also don’t lump people into categories either. World doesn’t work that way….lots of folks in the middle.
Why would I need to? The thread is about Joe Biden pardoning his son for any crimes committed over a 11 year period of time. It's not about Donald Trump.
